1. Context of innovation in business

This session provides an overview of the innovation paradigm in the business context and the role UX research plays therein. Design Thinking is the hidden core of UX research and UX design, hence this session provides a quick glimpse of the DT process with a hands-on workshop to know the underlying essentials which will be used throughout the course.

The module creates an understanding of UX research methods and equips the candidates to articulate.

4. Research execution and synthesis

5. Research report writing

This module will act as a frame of reference(s) that would allow students to identify report templates that can be appropriate for their study. 6. Research management

This last module provides the foundations for program management and role definition in the field of UXR.
